When you create an account, set up a store, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, payment information, business name, tax identification numbers, and any other information you voluntarily provide.
We process and store data related to transactions on your store, including order details, customer information, payment records, shipping information, and refund or chargeback records. This data is necessary to operate the platform and provide our Services.
When you access our Services, we automatically collect device information (browser type, operating system, device identifiers), IP address, access times, pages viewed, referring URLs, click-stream data, and performance analytics. We use cookies and similar tracking technologies as described in our Cookie Policy.
We may receive information from third parties such as payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Square), shipping carriers, marketing platforms, social media networks, and identity verification services.

When you use third-party integrations or apps from our marketplace, those providers may receive data necessary for their service to function. We require all third-party partners to maintain appropriate security measures and comply with applicable data protection laws.
We implement industry-standard security measures including AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance for payment processing, SOC 2 Type II certified infrastructure, regular penetration testing and vulnerability assessments, multi-factor authentication, and DDoS protection with Cloudflare. While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide Services. After account deletion, we retain certain data for up to 90 days for backup and disaster recovery. Financial and transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years to comply with tax and legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting privacy@easystore24.com.

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States. Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 16, we will take immediate steps to delete that information.
